Our Roofing Service Areas
We cover Dayton and every town listed below. If you don't see yours, call +1 (325) 880-1512, we probably still get out there.
Free written estimates
We come out, look properly, and send a price in writing. No obligation and no follow-up sales call.
Photographs you keep
You get the pictures of whatever we found up there, whether you hire us or not.
We say when you don't need us
If the work can wait, we'll tell you that instead of quoting for it. It costs us jobs and earns us the next one.
Where We Work
Towns We Serve Across the Miami Valley
Each area below has its own page with the roofing we handle there. Pick yours to see details and local pricing.

Dayton Main
Our home base for roofing, usually a same-week visit.

Riverside
Built out fast in the 1990s, so a whole town's worth of original shingle is reaching the end of its life at once.

Trotwood
Took the worst of the June 2021 hail. Mixed housing, from farmhouses to post-war estates.

Englewood
An old core with pre-war roofs, wrapped in newer subdivisions. Two very different jobs in one town.

West Carrollton
Sits on the Great Miami River corridor, where drainage and gutter capacity matter more than most places.

Kettering
The classic post-war ranch market, low pitches, big spans, and a lot of roofs now on their second replacement.

Beavercreek
Larger 1980s and 1990s houses in Greene County, where the permit office is a different one from Montgomery's.

Huber Heights
Brick City. One developer built most of it from 1956, so we have seen the same roof design several hundred times.

Centerville
A historic core with period roofs, surrounded by 1960s and 70s suburbia.

Fairborn
Two towns merged in 1950, plus a lot of rental property around Wright-Patterson and Wright State.

Miamisburg
A genuine 19th-century downtown by the river, steeper roofs, older structures, more care needed.
